Wig Knapweed
A perennial with a straight stem, its flowers range in colour from dark pink to violet. Its fruit is a downy achene. A grassland species, it can be found on marshes, pastures, field margins and at the edge of the woods. It blossoms from July to September. In the Czech Republic, it can be found at lowland to submontane elevations, primarily in the western and central parts of the country.
