Burnet Rose
This botanic rose grows to heights of no more than 100 cm; the smallest plants may well reach only half that. In fact, this spiny bush prefers to grow sideways and easily propagates. Burnet Rose blossoms in a variety of colors, but its fruit hips are always blackish-purple. The plant occurs scattered over South Moravia, and very rarely also in the Central Bohemian Uplands. In the Czech Republic, it is among the critically endangered plant species.
