Blahutovice Observation Post

On the shores of the fish pond at Blahutovice, a wetland community has emerged that is home to numerous interesting species. In 2008, the ČSOP built a wooden hut under the NET4GAS Closer to Nature programme, which serves as an observation post for tourists. From here, they can comfortably watch the local wildlife.

The premises of the observation post also serve as an ad hoc classroom for field trips organised by nearby schools, and provide a welcome resting place for hikers. Both the fish pond and the observation post lie on the route of an educational trail that takes visitors to interesting spots in the village and its vicinity.
