Marsh Labrador Tea

is an evergreen shrub with erect branches. It reaches a height of up to 150 cm. Marsh team blooms from May to June, the whole plant emits strong smell. The Germans used to use the plant as bitter beer-spice, however, higher doses have a narcotic, intoxicating effect and are also poisonous. Due to its poisonousness, marsh tea is currently only sold as a homeopathic treatment.
